Wayne Williams

Wayne came to NWDS as Hawkesbury Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in disability support and team management. Wayne is committed to ensuring that both participants and their varying stakeholders have the best opportunity, at the best possible outcomes. He is a people person, approachable and has a calm confidence that is reassuring to participants and the team he manages. Wayne is a strong advocate and mentor whose passion is for his work and the people he has been charged with supporting knows no bounds. 

Prior to commencing his career in disability support, Wayne has worked in customer service which specialises in team building and management as well as mentoring and training across different sectors. This ranges from security and communications to finance as well as public service. However, once Wayne started his careers in disability support, he knew he found his calling and has never been more at home than he is right now.
