Jean-Claude Legrand is a valuable contributor to his community and has an extensive business background. Jean-Claude came to NWDS through the Lions Club where he has held a wide range of positions both at a local level and also with the Eye Institute. Jean-Claude has drawn many volunteers to NWDS with his Lions and community connections and has been and still is a tireless worker at many of our events and represents NWDS at many functions in the community. Jean-Claude assisted greatly with the construction of Opal Cottage and guided NWDS as President and currently as Treasurer.
