What does NWDS Charge for my Staff Support and Travel?

NWDS is committed to provide a Person Centered Approach in order to deliver service that meets the individual's needs and wishes, with consideration of their family and circles of support. 

We greatly value and encourage the expansion of Circles of Support that foster connections that incorporate the person's culture.

NWDS is able to provide particpants assistance in developing new interests and goals whilst further honing their existing skills.

Our staff receieve comprehensive training and are competency assessed. We make it a point to ensure that they're equipped with necessary skills and training to assist you. We take into consideration your preferred staff to work with you.

There are no additional fees in order to attend NWDS. However, if you choose activities that require entry and travel cost, you will be charged for this. Activity cost will be calculcated on your Schedule of Supports, which will be sent to you.

The quote for your Budget of Supports is subject to your approval. We provide a quote that details the following: (1) number of hours to be provided, (2) number of weeks, (3) cost per hour, (4) proposed kilometers, (5) the NDIS service booking amount.

If you have funding from NDIS, you will be charged according to the current NDIS rates for staff cost as outlined in the latest NDIS Price Guide.

We will invoice for the agreed supports after they have been providedm whey will be sent to NDIS, your nominated Plan Manager, or your nominee if you are Self-Managed.

We will go through a detailed Service Agreement with you to throughly discuss the Rights and Responsibilities of both NWDS and the participant.

(1) Assistance with Daily Living Support Category and (2) Social, Economic, and Community Participation Support Category are in the scope of TTP. 

NWDS makes it a point to meet all the eligibiloty requirements and claims the TTP rates as detailed in the NDIS Price Guide.
