The Story of North West Disability Services
At North West Disability Services, we’re committed to supporting individuals with disability to live with choice, dignity, and connection. As a community-based, not-for-profit organisation, we’ve walked alongside thousands of individuals and families — offering trusted support, meaningful programs, and a belief in every person’s potential.
Our story began in 1981 with a simple but powerful goal: to support people with disability in living full, connected lives within their local communities. What started as a grassroots initiative has grown into a trusted, NDIS-registered provider supporting individuals and families across Western Sydney and beyond. While we’ve expanded our reach and services over the years, our purpose has stayed the same — to walk alongside people, champion their goals, and build inclusive communities where everyone belongs.
