Ritika Bedi

Ritika commenced with North West Disability Services in 2016 as an Individual , Social and Recreational support worker. Ritika has since progressed into joining the Management team in 2018 as a Service Coordinator and currently leading a Team for Support Coordination. Before joining NWDS and during her community services studies, Ritika worked in Children Services, providing support to Children with special needs, in home as well as in the Centre.

Ritika has had many years of understanding and gaining the knowledge of what it means to provide a quality and person-centred service to the Participants she supports. Ritika’s strengths are having the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with Participants, families, her team and other Services Providers and working collaboratively toward positive goal outcomes.
