Post School Option

North West Disability Services has been a "Post School Option" Provider since its commencement  and continues to provide for this program area. The "Post School Options" program continues for those individuals funded under this model and individuals are able to transfer into NWDS from other service providers if they have this type of individualised funding. The "Community Participation" and "Transition to Work" programs have superseded the Post School Options Program.

The NWDS Post School Options Program provides a service available from Monday to Friday each week and range of individual and group based activities. Where a person has specific needs or requests for support, we are happy to discuss the opportunity to fashion a program to best meets your particular needs.
