Conie Avenue

Conie Avenue is a multi functional disability facility opened in 1997 and constructed with the assistance of the Hills Shire Council, the State Government of NSW and the Commonwealth Government. NWDS works closely with the community and recieves extensive support from their community partners who provide financial and in kind support to enable high quality service delivery and extensive resources. 

Conie Avenue functions as the the head office for NWDS and supports a range of services for people with a disability.
