Salary Packaging Options to MAXIMISE your Net Income
The Australian Taxation Law allows NWDS to offer salary packaging benefits to their permanent employees. This enables employees to reduce the tax paid on their salary. NWDS salary packaging can be arranged by contacting our Administration Manager and completing the necessary forms

Learning and Career Development
Our learning and career development program provide opportunities for comprehensive training, accelerated advancement, internal transfer, promotion and career growth as well as support with gaining relevant tertiary education. All staff have a Career Development Key Performance Indicator list providing all details of core modules, competencies and core requirements to meet your development goals for a career at NWDS.

Gain a recognised Qualification with NWDS.
NWDS offers employees the opportunity to participate in a 12-month accredited training program which will result in you gaining a Certificate III or Certificate IV level qualification in Community Services, Disability Work via a traineeship arrangement for eligible staff.
 
Employee Assistance Program
NWDS provides access for all employees to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The program provides free, confidential counselling services to employees. Information on the EAP provider and services is in the Employee Orientation Kit and displayed via posters at all locations
